After a one-day meeting in Hague, Netherlands, all NATO countries (besides Spain) agreed to commit 5% of GDP to defense spending which would lower the overall cost on the United States which is significantly more than any other country in the NATO alliance.

This will be the most significant reinforcement of NATO‘s collective defense in the history of the NATO alliance.
