According to a Fox News report, Attorney General Pam Bondi has appointed former DC Attorney General candidate Ed Martin as a special prosecutor to investigate N.Y. Attorney General, Letitia James & California Senator, Adam Schiff for Mortgage Fraud.
This follows criminal referrals to the Department of Justice for James & Schiff after it was discovered that both illegally claimed multiple primary residences in different states.
It was also announced on Friday (August 8th) that Letitia James is also under investigation from the DOJ for malicious prosecution of President Trump prior to his November 2024 election win.
