President, Donald Trump & Secretary of State, Marco Rubio welcomed a Pennsylvania native who was held captive in Russia back to the United States. Elementary Teacher, Marc Fogel was welcomed home after years of captivity in Russia and expressed gratitude to President Trump and his administration. Former President Biden had tried to make a deal but ultimatey failed. President Trump stated that the deal with Russia did not involve any reciprocal actions by the United States.
