In an epic & historical 4 hour, 7 minute 11-inning Game 7, the Los Angeles Dodgers defeat the Toronto Blue Jays courtesy of a go-ahead Will Smith Home Run to make it a 5-4 game in the Top of the 11th inning.
The Blue Jays had 2 guys on base with 1 out in the bottom of the 11th but were unable to plate any runs and the Dodgers took home their 2nd straight World Series title. In 2024, the L.A. Dodgers took down the New York Yankees 4-1 in the Best of 7 series.
This World Series was action-packed and one of the most suspenseful World Series in MLB history. It was a tremendous run by both teams and the Dodgers & Blue Jays both left everything they had on the field!
