The Ohio State Buckeyes football team claimed their 9th overall National Championship this past January. The Buckeyes completed the 2024-2025 season with a record of 14 wins & 2 losses. Following a 13-10 loss to their biggest rival & 2023 Champion Michigan Wolverines to end the regular season, Ohio State went on to win 4 straight playoff games to become the first College Football team to take home the D1 National Championship in the new BCS 12-team playoff system. The 2024 College Football D1 champion Ohio State Buckeyes were recognized at the White House on Monday, April 14th by President Donald Trump + Vice President/Ohio State alum, JD Vance.
