Iran launched several missiles at the Al Udeid US Military Air Base in Qatar on Monday, all Missiles were intercepted by U.S. & Qatar forces & no casualties or damage was reported. The Al Udeid United States Air Base typically houses approximately 10,000 troops.
It is being reported by many sources that President Trump & Qatar Government officials knew about the missile launch prior and the base was previously cleared and secured for the possible response by Iran. The Iran attack is being reported as a stunt to “save face” while not escalating tensions with the USA following a successful United States ran bunker-bombing of Iran’s Nuclear facilities.
This past Saturday, President Trump authorized a successful mission featuring several B2 bombers taking out Iran’s nuclear facilities with Bunker-Bombs.
It is unclear if there will be any further attack on US military bases by Iran. Middle East countries housing US air bases (some of the included; UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Qatar) remain on high alert.
