Friday June 27th 2025 is a great day for America! The Supreme Court came through huge in restoring justice and voted to limit the authority of rogue federal district judges. In Trump v. Casa (docket; 24A884), Inc the court ruled 6 to 3 in favor of President Trump. The opinion of the court stated: “The issue before us is one of remedy: whether, under the Judiciary Act of 1789, federal courts have equitable authority to issue universal injunctions.”
Attorney General Bondi stated that their are 94 judicial districts and stated judges out of 5 of those districts have been doing all they can to unjustly stop President Trump’s agenda. Rogue Judges have been doing all they can to slow President Trump’s authority and restrict his power by issuing universal rulings against the Trump administration’s executive orders. Judges such as James Boasberg can no longer make pretend they have Presidential authority and rogue district judges can no longer overrule the Executive Branch thanks to 6 of the 9 Supreme Court justices; Neil Gorsuch, Chief Justice John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett! Sotomayor, Jackson and Kagan dissented.
Opinion of the court; “JUSTICE BARRETT delivered the opinion of the Court. The United States has filed three emergency applications challenging the scope of a federal court’s authority to enjoin Government officials from enforcing an executive order. Traditionally, courts issued injunctions prohibiting executive officials from enforcing a challenged law or policy only against the plaintiffs in the lawsuit. The injunctions before us today reflect a more recent development: district courts asserting the power to prohibit enforcement of a law or policy against anyone. These injunctions—known as “universal injunctions”—likely exceed the equitable authority that Congress has granted to federal courts.1 We therefore grant the Government’s applications to partially stay the injunctions entered below.”
In the ruling, Justice Amy Coney Barrett also epically ripped the dissent of Joe Biden’s autopen appointed Justice, Kentaji Brown Jackson; “We will not dwell on Justice Jackson’s argument, which is at odds with more than two centuries’ worth of precedent, not to mention the Constitution itself”.
The ruling opens the door for the Trump administration to implement a number of their policies including; ending birthright citizenship, firing executive branch employees/staffers without being contested, ending or altering refugee resettlement programs, unfreezing funds of Federal Programs & cutting waste plus much more!
While the 6-3 Trump v. Casa ruling may have been the biggest win of the day for the Trump administration, there were also big wins in other Supreme Court rulings!
RFK VS Braidwood Management (docket: 24-316), ruled in favor of RFK & the Trump administration and confirmed the authority of the HHS secretary to appoint task for members.
Free Speech Coalition Inc VS Ken Paxton (docket: 23-1122) allows Government to implement rules that users of pornographic websites verify their identity to ensure they are adults.
Mahmoud vs Taylor (docket: 24-297) allows parents to opt their children out of any classes or storybooks involving LGBTQ+.

The Supreme Court’s ruling in Mahmoud v. Taylor is a major win for religious liberty and parental rights.
The Court rightfully held that schools can’t shut parents out or disregard their religious obligations to their children.
