According to ratings, TPUSA All-American Halftime Show surpassed 10 million live viewers and 25 million social media views. The TPUSA All-American halftime show had 6.1 million concurrent viewers making it the most streamed live event in U.S. history and 2nd most streamed worldwide.
The Superbowl halftime show featured a performance of an artist known as “Bad Bunny” who has been widely criticized for his expressions of dislike towards immigration law enforcement and the United States. Bad Bunny previously stated that he would only perform in Spanish despite being the featured act for the biggest American sporting events halftime show.
In an online poll conducted by TMZ which featured 400,000 voters, 64% percent voted that Kid Rock had the better halftime show while only 36% voted Bad Bunny. Artist Kid Rock gave his first ever live performance of country song “Til You Can’t” by Cody Johnson and the Kid Rock “Til You Can’t” moved to #1 the following morning on the Apple music charts while the original song by Cody Johnson is #2 and previous #1 Bad Bunny was bumped down to #3.
Roger Goodell and the NFL have been widely criticized for their politicization of the sports league and their recent choices for Superbowl halftime shows has been widely criticized and the country made it clear this past Super Bowl Sunday that competition is possible when the voices of the fans are ignored.
Congratulations TPUSA and the very talented GOD & America loving artists on an incredible TPUSA halftime show that the country voted as the best music performance of Super Bowl Sunday!
