Bill Mellugin of Fox News is reporting an illegal immigrant was released back into a Massachusetts community despite a known rape charge; “This was one of the illegal aliens ICE Boston arrested during our embed. He’s charged with raping a minor in Massachusetts in January. ICE now reports Border Patrol caught him crossing illegally into Eagle Pass, TX in July 2022, and he was released into the U.S. Despite the rape charge, ICE says the Essex County Sheriff’s Department didn’t honor their detainer request, and released him into the community without notice. ICE found and arrested him near his residence in Lynn, MA while we were with them last Thursday.”
